I think early rebate is quite decent... I will cancel my spa if yet to claim progress 2a. No way they can complete in next 2years.

Strange part is... The project is already like more than 90% sold. So can u imagine that the developer do not even have the fund or secure bridging loan to complete the piling and ground work.

The thing is.. Post 2012..loan compression sounds like the greatest idea/creation where obscene profit from flipping from those 2008—12. Guru just need gentle push with the right crowd for this to work.

The most practical way now is to terminate the SPA and loan agreement, pay the applicable penalty and move on. Good thing is most likely the bank yet to disburse any progress payment.

I do not think they have completed the sub ground work... Hence just the first 10‰ downpayment. Kuchai East buyers can verify this?

The mess actually is by MTD

How on earth they can accept HDA account as the pledged security? The money doesn’t even belong to developer(yet).

The amount is quite big around rm50m, it will be a long road for purchasers. Do not even think about LAD now. Good luck.
