erm.... i mean for me.... not everyone else... you can choose to stay in the condo... no problem... for me this is more to investment grade property than own stay... haha.... quite familiar with the area.... a high end condo there doesnt make the area immediately bcum atas.... thats my point of view... everyone can have their own opinion... i have no issues with it.... laugh.gif laugh.gif

there are alot of cases in the past... the best is look at this developer's past record first before making any judgement... so far not much new developer are really giving any good track record in term of completion timing and workmanship....

i think stage 2(a) havent claim... so they may not start paying progressive interest yet.... better take this chance to cancel SPA and hopefully get back whatever downpayment or whatnot... rather than pray developer can building and abandon again half way....

depends on the agreement lo... cancellation of those agreements require how much penalty sure part of the clauses one...

provide evidence to bank lo... plus bank also should know one... 2 years plus din claim any progress... this project ok mou oh... lol

i think their package make it hard for themselves... or maybe there are more personal reasons... they selling it with very low downpayment... usually developer should have certain fund size for the first 10% works... but seems like this developer its not ready even for the first 10% haha....
