I heard the 2nd round of booking is on 18th of August.

There are still some rejected loan units from the 1st booking on 16th of July.

So, this means if 220 buyers attended the 1st booking on 16th of July, actually less than
220 units were confirmed sold.

Very weird to hava a dividing wall in the middle of living and kitchen area....

It makes the lsyout smaller than it already was.

Based on buyer's preference i guess

for me i would prefer a partition between kitchen and living room
i would even add a glass panel

Last 2 week just saw still many available (3 rooms unit la) for lower floor. Maybe studio unit lower floor not much balance.

Anyone able to share the launching pricing?
Want to compare this with AK Hermington. Should be sky vs earth. But maybe pricing wise can pull the differences closer.
