QUOTE(DiamondBar @ Jun 8 2017, 10:11 PM) Yes, this thread's project is about Kuchai East, no hyper tension cable nearby around Kuchai East condo. *high tension cableThat new condo next to Wisma Shogun with hyper tension cable is another condo developed by Aset Kayamas. Below are the hyper tension cable near to Aset Kayamas condo, hyper tension cable distance should not more than 10 meter away from Aset Kayamas condo, that is why it is selling damn cheap less than RM 400K.. sorry, just feel that it need to be corrected since it repeated wrongly so many times. |

Thats why after certain floor, the price per-floor is higher than the lower floors.
Only the larger units face KL, the smaller units face NSK. |

QUOTE(daniuwang @ Aug 29 2017, 10:35 AM) Hi guys, Probably no smell. NSK is not really a wet market. Since NSK is directly opposite this Kuchai East, will there be a typical market bad smell (e.g. fish, rubbish, meat slaughtering smell etc.)? In addition, since the exit is near the traffic lights, Is there a chance that the morning jam will already start from the carpark to main road? As for the traffic light, depends which traffic light that you are talking about. I think the traffic light near NSK is still OK, but the one near Tropicana is terrible. |

If you look at the comparison pic in the Kuchai East thread, there is basically no progress at all since last August... (except for the crane)

TBH, even earlier discussion (during launch) already indicate this is a problematic developer with their project in Cyberjaya.
