Does anybody know any info about this land will build a new condo soon?

Anybody knows who is the developer?
Or any further info?

I heard this condo will sell RM 600 per square feet..

On right side of the picture is De Tropicana condo, left side is Kuchai Avenue condo

Yes, this thread's project is about Kuchai East, no hyper tension cable nearby around Kuchai East condo.

That new condo next to Wisma Shogun with hyper tension cable is another condo developed by Aset Kayamas.
Below are the hyper tension cable near to Aset Kayamas condo, hyper tension cable distance should not more
than 10 meter away from Aset Kayamas condo, that is why it is selling damn cheap less than RM 400K..

The high tension cable is very near to this Aset Kayamas condo, if you live in this condo, maybe you
can use your hand to touch this high tension cable. You can imagine how near is this cable near to the condo,
this is why this Aset Kayamas condo is selling very cheap, there is no free lunch in the world, bro..

Don't take rick with our health lah.. in between can save money and healthy, which one do you choose?

Back to the topic of the thread about Kuchai East condo, there is no high tension cable around.
Buy if buy Kuchai East facing De Tropicana, and if buy higher floor than De Tropicana, will see and face Nirvana..

The sales person who promotes Aset Kayamas condo and said invester can make RM 150k in the future is really black heart.
Never trust what sales person say, golden rule is buyers need to check the site first..

Yes, RM 0.38 per square feet is got damn high.

Imagine for 1004 square feet needs to pay maintenance fee RM 381.52 per month, this exclude
the commercial rate of water charge, and residential rate of electricity charge.

And do not forget the title is commercial title, this means need to pay more.

This kuchai East condo cost more money to maintain..

They are about 500 meter away from Kuchai East in Kuchai Entrepreneur Park right
behind of Alliance bank.

For many years, those massage palaces and pubs are okay, and they do not bother people.
They will not use a gun to point at you and force you to go in.

People who buy Kuchai East are aiming for 5 advantages:
(1) Near to NSK
(2) Near to MRT
(3) Price not so expensive
(4) A prosperous town area with cheers and joy
(5) Free hold

Why not to have a massage palace nearby since if you are an healthy man? thumbsup.gif
