Spring Avenue condo is undercon which is opposite nsk. If not mistaken new project riyang oug going to launch soon which is few mins walking distance to nsk. Latest project is seri mutiara. Cool..

We can seeing massive supply situation in 2017 especially in chexxx...kepxxx or okr....but not really in tier 1 locations smile.gif

Remember .In the end the guru actually need earn a living as well and they being paid a lot to help the developer to sell those difficult to sell units ,restructure the package so that it much more easier to sell and buy by the purchaser. But most of the time they just markup the price and giving back more cash rebate.

I couldn't agree more. This sort of activity spoil the market and given that developers to increase the property prices once they have enough buyers. Why do I need to venture in when there are few bulk purchase groups go in? See..the reality is how many of us knowing that the prices has been increased by batches in same project?

See... lot of new projects ppls bought at the same time, same type of unit, but with difference price tag? Who is the culprit? See...in today property market many overhung units, seee they raised their hand to Govt for help.
