I beg to differ at this point. Gear play a major influence in PVP. With good gear you stay alive longer. BUT that doesnt mean they are better. I personally only uses mix MC and BWL gear as a mage and whooped 4 horde's ass none stop in WSG while they are all sporting BWL and PVP geart.
Its a combination of 1 rogue, 1 shaman, 1 mage and 1 warrior. ( Thank god no priest or warlock, phew)
Skill can take a lot of the balance out of gear. With good skill, you can make a lot of damage against oponent that are geared godly.

Now thats the problem. Priest is called priest coz they heal . If a healing class outdps a dps class dont you think there is a problem there?

And skill is not damage. Skill is skill. Get that straight. If skill comes from how fast you can whack a person with omg trinket-pom-pyro then you are totally misguided. Skill is the fact you can outmanuveur and use the correct spell at the correct time. Dont talk about skill if you dont know what it is.

Edit: Sadly i agree that gear sometimes really make a lot of difference. unless you are really really good.

Edit again: But damn, don't you love it when you are undergeard,under assault and are running solo while able to whoop those that are above geared. more then 3 and are good combination of class?
