 KM2, Bukit Jalil, By Berjaya

Berjaya will be launching new condos called KM2 in front of Taman Esplanade after the connecting road from Savanah2/Vista Commonwealth C is opened after July this year and after completion of KM1 east and west.

You don't have to go around Vista Commonwealth A and B just to go to Kesas highway from Bukit Jalil sports stadium.

Some units will have golf view because it's just next to the golf course.

This will add thousands of new cars into the traffic light at Awan Besar LRT.

Wait for the new link road to be completed first.

Once completed KM2 selling points are:

1. Very close and located between two LRT i.e. Awan Besar LRT, Sri Petaling LRT

2. Golf view

3. Walking distance to Esplanade shoplots

4. Spacious land (when compared to Treez, Twin Ark, Skyluxe)

The average rental for Vista Commonwealth block B is rm 1700-2000.

This block is closest to IMU.

FYI. Bukit Jalil is designated as international zone by the government.

If it doesn't have one now, it will have once the area around Pavillion 2 is developed.

With the number of new condos sprouting up during the last few years, it's already Mont Kiara 2.

The traffic jam along the road to KESAS highway is terrible.

Many people don't know this project so they buy all those small land and high density condos like Twinark, Skyluxe, Treez etc.

When vacant possession, they can't find any tenants or buyers.

So it's better to give buyers more choices now.

There are lots of empty units that nobody buy in BUkit Jalil. Don't be cheated by developer.

Too many developers building pigeon hole apt in BUkit Jalil.

Just go around the blocks in Bukit Jalil apt and condo, there are many empty units cannot be rented or sold.
