Guys... Chill and relax .. I am gathering bulk purchase for this project.

Launching SEPTEMBER 2017 .
Tentatively price is rm 800 psft facing Paradigm mall oug
Rm 850 psft facing golf view !
Rebate 5-7%
Unit 1500 ( Block A & B)

Yeah Berjaya not good Designing the facade . They still using the old fashion architect time.... However, the view is extremely worth value as its facing golf view and location is very stregegic as its very near to Awam besar LRT, IMU, and future paradigm mall oug & MRCB township !

We put our hope that this will be the last piece land for Berjaya to build. I heard they gonna change to the new architect.

It's not launch yet . But it's coming ..... just stay tune .
They are making a show unit for km2 and they are going to launch phase 1 with quite reasonable price at this current market . It's bared unit. Some units facing golf view .
