I subscribed yes 4g 6gb 2011 and with one year contract.. After contract year finished I not pay bill for one month then yes 4g stop my postpaid service and no any calls until February 2016.. Currently they call me ask to pay bill. I not working and studying diploma and I told them about my situation. But they don't want listen what I try to say. Yes 4g clients(debt collector) call me ask to pay full amount. if not she said make my name blacklist.

Current amount is RM258. She said if I failed to pay between 7 days.. They will charge RM1000-2000 penalty charge and blacklist my name.

Thats true my name become blacklist and they charge me overpriced?

best it to call customer service to find out the outstanding amount. general the debt collector will try make you paid the bill (incentives)

YES and P1(now owned by TM) are same gang which were CTOS king, they will blacklist you even you just owe them RM10-20 only. Why after contract you didn't just terminate your service you make a big mistake.

Actually they cant blacklist anyone, but they can put in a remarks in CTOS report mentioned that you had owned them total amount for how many months.

In the event that you want to apply loan, banker can generate your ctos report and can see the remarks. Its up to the bank to justify want to approve or not.

You can login to www.ctos.com.my and get your own ctos report. If you found that the remarks are not true, you can sue the owner who wrote the remarks for defamation.

Additional, if you had made the payment and you have to request the owner to delete / remove the remarks.

Recent news also mentioned who didn't pay astro or phone bills will reflect in CTOS report.

They might think by submitting the info to CTOS will deter others from not paying. That is so not true. Others will keep defaulting for whatever reason.

The truth is, those whose name were submitted to CTOS knew that the telco has used up all their resources to get the payment and know nothing will change even if they pay. So they will never pay.

If indeed those telcos realise this, the only reason they keep doing it because they have bad intention.

Rest assure, they will burn in hell.

If you rich ask for discount & pay it on the center . If poor dont pay untill you rich they cant do anything to you with 1-2k . dont worry.

So means can or cannot blacklist? This is serious, as i have a friend in similar case.

The link may be true, however visiting and trespassing are two different things, furthermore, illegal threats and warning that you may be in the blacklist in CTOS are also different. If your friend owes money please advise him to pay, not presuming anything whatsoever but since you said "as you know this is Malaysia who is not following law all the time", your friend should follow suit and pay his debts.
