Maxis customer service really s@cks
I cancel mine m3g on april middle, d counter guy told me they will refund by cheque within a month... i wait till end of MAy no respone at all !! gv them a call. operator told me, i need to call them and submit something request  WTF !!and told me will received cheque within a week.. till now nothing from them  |
