My connection also kept getting disconnected.

even though u managed to complained to them and got a complaint reference number, ITS still useless cause those Maxis technician wont be able to solve it and eventually your case will be close by them AUTOMATICALLY

it happened to me b4 and now i got tired of complaining and use another celco to on9 at tat particular "grey spot of Mashit coverage"

but at other places tat i used maxis, it "flies"

so i am still happy now

try @maxisbroadband twitter page... the CS personnel handling the twitter page is very good~ solves a lot of my maxisbb issues within 2days max

Nope, using their own USB modem. Till now is still slow. It was good previously until 3 days ago.

I have Maxis 3G and ZTE MF622 modem, and wanna to buy Aztech HW550-3G router, just want to confirm that does the ZTE work with HW550-3G router? How does the router perform?

i juz bot this router last wk ( rm150 ) i guess the maxis modem is supported but not the MF622, whereas the newer ZTE USB Stick is supported too. My advice is tat u ask the seller to goggle your modem's model b4 purchasing.

But I checked the HW550-3G's online manual, and it states MF622 is compatible, maybe I need to bring along the MF622 just to confirm? Where did u buy for RM150?
