I have a mid-2012 cMBP 13, and guess the battery is dying I believe (470 cycles with 65% capacity, last only 1.5 - 2 hours for normal usage - no heavy stuff).

Did anyone replace a battery at any of the local apple reseller store, would like to know how much it will cost?

original costs around 700, including installation.

Replaced mine late 2011 ver last month at Low Yat for RM280 (non-Apple related shop).
Everything works fine so far...

How long the battery can last? > 4 hours? mine to share name of the shop?

So far there is no issue regarding MBP lasts for 4 hours as long as you don't use apps that uses up resources...
Sorry, I couldn't remember whats the name of the shop, but I remember it is at 3rd floor (need to climb 2 floors up to reach ATM on the top floor)

Not really...
The shop keeper said it is not original, but I saw there is an Apple logo on the battery.

the shop keeper might be right bro , nowdays there is grade A fake items , looks similar but not original .. but if the things work fine why not

Would like to ask ever since my macbook pro early 2011 show battery need replacement now , the macbook seems a bit lag overall. This is happening even when i use the macbook plugged in . Read somewhere when battery need replace the processor will reduce its speed ?
