Hi all,

I've been using my PC for about 2 years now, it was fine all the while until yesterday.
I realised that when I go to my computer properties, it says that 8 GB RAM Installed (3.99 Usable)

Is there any posible fix/solution to this?

I'm already running a 64-bit OS and it was fine all the while.

Kindly advise, thank you~

OS uses some memory (~2GB sometimes)
then you have onboard graphics (some up to 2GB)
Voila, there's your 8 - (2+2) = 4GB usable.

If this doesn't satisfy, re-attach the memory in your computer.
Bear in mind opening it up may void the warranty if it still exists.

You haven't mentioned how much ram usable was displayed initially under your 64-bit OS.
