Seems like your mind already set with prius c, so basically u are not really asking for opinion here but to have people to support your choice.
Yes prius C is a Toyota, but it is a hybrid, not a normal petrol engine car. A used Vios/City/Mazda 2 hatchback is lower price and with that 10k saving (35k-45k for those 3 models with about 5 years old) is more than enough for u to pump petrol for many many years and maintenance and not to say you dont have to worry about the battery and electric motor.
It is up to you, if you have decided for a Prius C then go ahead, not a bad car either. Just that with 3k salary to loan a used prius C with high interest rate, full loan for 9 years is not advisable.
