I am looking to change my phone as well as my mum's phone. Budget for each phone is 1-1.5k. Prefer to keep it lower than 1.3k each.

I've been using Samsung Note 2 [i think it's been about 3 years+] and mum is using Ninetology U9 [ it's a spare that i had, bad purchase].

1. Brand = any [prefer well known brand]
2. Budget. 1k-1.5k x 2
3. Specs. 3gb ram. good Camera, 5"-5.5" screen, snapdragon proc or equivalent good proc, 32gb internal memory.
4. What you need in the phone - Good camera; good sound quality; microsd slot; good gps and wifi connectivity; Long battery life [more than 3000mah]; No or less bloatware OS; removeable battery [if possible]

Side note: My mum tend to go for the really known brand like samsung and htc. She doesn't want to experiment with other brands So, for her would prefer from those well known brand.

As for me, any brand. My Note 2 is loaded with Custom rom [as per siggy], so, would like a phone that allows/has Custom OS. If no custom OS pun tak pa, as long as ada support at xda forum

Feel free to allocate left over budget from my phone over to mum's if needed.
