I have a current target, which is Xiaomi Mi Max, just checking if there is any better model in the same price range, with the following criteria, before I commit:

1. Brand. (any)
2. Budget. (800 to 1000)
3. Specs. (Any)
4. What you need in the phone, from highest priority to least:
Battery life (2 days 1 night with mostly browsing/chat)
Good support on ROM (future proofing on android version)
Size is bigger or at least Samsung Note 2 size
Camera is better than Note 2

I am currently using a pretty old Samsung Note 2 (~4 years), with screen crack and failing wifi. Need a new phone that can last me another 3 to 4 years.

I found a RM 940 for 3GB RAM 64GB memory from Lazada/T&L Telecom, LINK. Any comments on seller & price?

Edit:
I am also looking for one with ability to use Daydream/Cardboard, not sure if there is any special requirement for this.
