Currently, the Vita were made into a gaming device that plays multi-platform game on the go.
Most of the latest Vita games are either available on PS4/PS3 or other mobile platform.
So, if you do only have time pick and drop your game anytime, Vita seems to cater to that need.
Want to play Lego games but you're on the train to/from work, play it on the Vita.
Want to play JRPGs at home but there are others using the TV, play it on the Vita.
Want to play action games such as God Of War/Metal Gear Solid/Warriors games but you're on a holiday trip, play it on the Vita.

True, the graphics need some time to get used to, especially when they are being compared to PS3/PS4/PC, but at least you don't need to be fixed at some place to game.

Nice, so, up until now, how will you rate it? Recommended? My current Screen Protector already have too much scar on it

I hope it's not just to remove the ability to install homebrew software.
If it is, then please support the console more Sony.
Get more PS One, PSP and PS Vita games on the stores for all PSN servers.
Reduce the memory card price.
Improve the browser and browsing experience.

Eyh? You're the first to mention about Son'y debt. The only news I heard for Playstation Department that is, that they're contributing to 70% of Sony's revenue.

But hey, most big companies are in debt in some way or another. They borrow big, and make the minimum payment, and the profit that they make are use to invest in new stuff.

If only language is simple patch download, I believe more games will be bought hence more support it gets. But every dang language requires you to buy the game again. In my opinion, this sucks. -.-"

True, I know there's a lot of licensing here and there with publishers and such. I'm just frustrated that this thing is not made easier. A game is consider successful if it gets ton of sale in the first month, but vita games are usually japanese or chinese in the first few month.

Not a lot PSOne and PSP games available here at R3 store and that also sucks. All PSN should be combined and then create a large library for all. My PS Vita TV would definitely benefit if it has Crash Team Racing, WWF & WWE, Digimon games from PSOne era.

I think the region restriction you're talking about is the restriction on bought games rather than finding them on the store. And that is simply because in some regions, the games are sold cheaper due to currency value.

Yeah I know the market is different for PC and Consoles, but it does seem they're not doing moves like what steam is doing because they plan to sell their Playstation Now, which allows us to play games no matter on what platform (Console or PC) as long as we have good enough internet connection. But the caveat is, it is a service, which we need to pay every month to get access to, and it's not cheap. huhu

How do you map the buttons? Playing PC games on the Vita does sound nice.

Sadly, everybody is getting worn out supporting the Vita. The memory card price really should be slashed by half.

Buy used if you're unsure. At least it won't cost as much.

Correction : we didn't abandon the Vita, we put it aside for a while to focus on other priorities.

Sony on the other hand, seems to have abandon Vita and their owners.

Yeah, if you plan to play it anytime you're convenient, PS Vita version wouldn't hurt.

Yeah, but sometimes the PS4 version would feel lacking since the it's made to not be much different compared to the Vita version. But as long as you enjoy the game, it wouldn't matter which version you buy.

Is it the same game (Tearaway) for PS4 and PS Vita? I thought it was a different version of Tearaway.
