Not quite. Here's an example of a Windows 7 game not compatible with Windows 10:

of course, that only applies to the STEAM version, not the GOG version.

Another game, where the remake sucks because the gameplay has completely changed is:

For games, some will, some will not, especially those that require a certain driver, normally those games that depend on Windows XP-era hardware device.
