Have you tried playing without the dsp and see if the pop sound there or not?

Normally from my experience the pop sound normally from grounding or the amplifier.

Check if any of your grounding cables loose or corroded. If it's okay try to isolate ur amp or dsp to see which is the culprit.

Yes bro..Try isolate 1 by 1 to see which is the culprit. Hope the dsp still under warranty if its the culprit.
