Isn't it just the same adapter you can get in any shop? If you're just looking to charge the device, Daiso sells the USB charger like the one below for RM5.30.

Helo. Thanks for the feedback.. Is the same like 3ds charger? I tot they will be voltage issue.. Im getting one for my nephew.. So I'm not very sure

Official 3DS adapter has output rating of 4.6V DC 900mA, USB has 5.0V DC and 500mA (up to 900mA if USB 3.0).
So I'd say it's pretty safe to use that USB cable and charger.
I personally using that USB cable (from Daiso, RM5) together with power bank during travel, it works just fine.

I thought the port on the 3DS is not the normal mini usb port? Daiso sells the cable specifically for the 3DS?

It looks different to me anyway. I bought official Europe charger (3 pin) to charge mine.

If you are worried about power rating, you could just buy a local 3DS charger, then just add on a adapter to the Japan socket.

Yes they do. Nintendo has been using the same charging port since DSi.

Most 3rd party charger are multivoltage compatible, but you still have to check the input rating first before plugging it into any Japanese sockets lol.
