I surveyed some of the phone plans. Most of it offer a 24-month contract which is not prefferable. That's why I don't prefer to go for a phone plan.

I currently using Note 2. Today I went to Switch, played with SE and I found the 4" is good enough. I used the browser, open a site; no problem reading the content.
No experience with IOS except 1st gen Ipad and recently purchased a MBA in dec last year.
its a matter of phablet or phone. I may go for SE.
