I dont have any prefered one but you can try Celcom due I signed their plan for a few days feel worth also.

Im not sure but i think they have. due i just got it on the spot after signing the agreement and done all the things and payment.

I compared the price have to based on the telco plan lah. Mostly will be more expensive but what plan good is you can make payment by installment after you get the phone and you can use it as long as the agreement you signed.

As other explained. You can get the phone with paying downpayment with installment and their telco plan.
