just chatted with apple MY CS yesterday.
he told me 2 things:

1) SE might be coming to MY store somewhere next week (awaiting government approval)
2) he STRONGLY advised AGAINST buying SE set other than at malaysia, because other than any iDevices (macbooks, Mac, etc), only iPhone does not have international warranty. So if you bought your SE at singapore, then your SE warranty only valids in Singapore.

this was mentioned before, warranty is valid at the country you bought it from. Apple do not honor international warranty.

Like that, need to wait lah >_<
Btw, how much is the price there? For 64 GB.

Currently I'm using Umobile Prepaid (RM30 per month) and Maxis SurfMore (RM50 per month).

So far, Umobile is quite fast to grab iPhone SE stocks! Even to Prepaid users.
Maxis, no news yet. But usually phone offers are for Maxis One users, which has more expensive commitment.

I think I'll go for Umobile Prepaid Plan.
(Total payment upon registering = Phone + Upfront Payment + RM159 Top Up)

The plan I will choose is i40 (that's the cheapest option with upfront payment RM240) with iPhone SE 64GB (RM1850).
The upfront payment will be rebated later for RM10 over 24 months.
For the top up, it's RM30 x 6% GST x ~5 months (200 days validity) = RM159

So total for this:
Total payment upon registering = Phone + Upfront Payment + RM159 Top Up = RM2249
Much cheaper option, and I don't have to top up for 5 months as well.

After 1 year then sell off? Probably around RM1700-1900 for 64GB version. (depending on the demand that time)
Btw about the zerolution. Are you ready to pay RM109 + RM128 (lowest plan) every months ? (not inclusive GST)

For me the lowest plan is expensive, they should have RM98 plan for this phone. This is why I opt to Umobile plan. They also have 'zerolution' plan called Upackage. Much cheaper plan, cheaper commitment but the only problem is 4G/LTE data when you travelling outside of their main territory.

If you still want the Maxis plan, I suggest you don't opt for RM43 upgrade for zerolution rubbish. This is for people that don't want to trouble themselves to sell it their own.
Currently use Zerolution for my S7 Edge and terminated my other zerolution for my OnePlus 2 last month. Balance that I need to pay is just remaining months times device monthly only.

The contract 24 months? RM96 x 24 =RM2304( Device price for 2 years ) + rm68 every month.. Worth meh??

Sry, i dont mean that. But u should  try umobile which give better offer than Maxis. FYI, i m from Sarawak too
