A major issue would be pixelation or battery or unstable operation, so long its within warranty period and the product is still produced and not obsolete. I remember buying a 5s from Maxis centre, but within 3 days was pixelated, it was 5 dead pixel if I remember correctly. Send it in on the 4th day back to the centre where I got it from. 3 days later and I was called by the center to collect. And it was indeed a new phone fresh from a new pack.
