Do we need to provide the lighting location or they can suggest where to put the lights?

Means need to buy all the lights first b4 start plaster ceiling
No experience how many down lights are needed for sufficient brightness

I hAve thought b4 just go without plaster ceiling and just use track lights but seems forumer here can get <rm3 psf, can consider plaster ceiling now
