my situation

- i got a damaged PSU (due to quality fault)..so the PSU need to be rma

The seller promis
- he promise to give me 6 month warranty smile.gif (the item is a 2nd item actually)

my question
- now the item damaged, i sent it back to the forumer (who sell to me the item)..and now he asking me RM100 for RMA purpose???

but why!! he said he give me 6 month warranty..so he soppose to pay the RMA cost..

unless he said "u buy the PSU from me, and if anything, please ask the manufacturer for warranty" <--if like this..then only i agree to pay for RMA purpose

hope u guys can back me up on this matter smile.gif tq

If the seller declared 6 months personal warranty, i dont see why you should bear the RMA cost when it's still between the 6 months.

Paste the PM conversation between you and the seller, also point out the threads involved(if there's any)

Could we know who is the seller so he could come and defend himself?
And if there is any evidence or whatsoever left.. mind posting it out?
It has to depend how he says he gives u the warranty at that time.

the problem is, the trading between me and him takes 5 month ago sad.gif and all the pm already deleted

btw he claim that already tell me that the warranty is from manyfacturer rclxub.gif (which i beleive he said the warranty from him mad.gif )

eventhough i really unsatisfied, but i cant say much, even do him, since there is no more proof regarding the detail on the trading..

rite now i taking win-win situation, i ask him to do the rma by himself and sell the psu back when it is ok..the money from the sale cover the rma cost and give sume the leftover profit to me!!

and i belive, the profit not even pay the cost i post the item to him!! damm stupid psu

the guy is kingmaker_20 (but don't shoot him claiming he is irresponsible)
since there is no proof, and he give feedback regarding the status, i am not going to blame him anymore..maybe this is my back luck for 2006!!

it is a sansun brand..my advice is no more foreign product which didn't have local distributor in Malaysia..or else, the warranty claim will be darn hard!!

ok then, i close the topic..since the dispute is can't be solve!!
