Genuine Leather is just another class of leather.. Yes it is leather but not the highest grade.

Full Grain leather > Top grain leather > Genuine leather.

Don't go for 'Genuine leather'. Full grain at least. Even better, go for bridle leather or harness leather. These are leathers made for horse riding so they are very strong and long lasting even when used outdoors.

My faves that I have bought are from Narragansett Leather and Leather Goods Connection. About RM2xx.

Do they have like office belt which has a little shiny?

Just bought a new genuine leather to replace my old 2 year belt

The buckle or the leather? Buckle yes, they have nickel plated brass and solid brass.

Leather, I have not seen any bridle leather that shines. My black harness leather belt is a bit shiny. My light brown is not.

Just the belt...

Most good leathers are not shiny unless polished. Instead, they are lustrous.

Yup... that's why asking and looking around. My casual matt leather belt lasted quite long.. but not suitable for office blet :|

Please don't take this the wrong way but I think you have become used to seeing people in the office use belts made from cheap corrected grain leather. That's just bling dude. Go for quality.

I dun like bling either... my ideal office belt are like those genuine leather type with a little bit shiny type..

Can't find any full grain leather that suits me sad.gif
