turn out my rooted Nexus was detected as" Your account has been confirmed to have used unendorsed methods to use the app by app modification or client hacking. Your account will remain banned in the future, so please take care not to use such methods in future accounts."

so your account was being banned before?

since my account being banned and i started a new account to play but when link to facebook account and google play games, it keep ask me to load back my old 7k game data and account..

how do i remove my old facebook&google play link and link the new 7k account?

email the customer support to remove my facebook account link as my prev account was banned and they reply me" there is currently no option to delete your account. Once you link your game data to Facebook/Game Center/Google Play we're very sorry but it will last indefinitely."

Additionally, please note that all banned accounts are permanent and cannot be returned by any means."
