Yup. Met those two together a few times in arena and lost every time.
Meeting a level 38 Lu Bu is a totally different level of devastation.
Each hit from his skill exceeds 2k and I don't think there's any team that can survive that kind of attack unless you have shield from Guan Yu or Diao Chan.

Not just survive, after that you must have enough dps to burn the other team down before the cd is up.

Lubu also has 5-attack immunity... dunno take how long to drain that shield.

There's still some chance if you can paralyze/silence/stun/electrify him. Low winning chance if they use Spike as pre caution against CC.

If 2 turns pass, does that count as 2 attacks on him?

Those effects doesn't do damage therefore won't wear down his shield.
