hi boss. there is no best time, just better time (maybe increase rate of 0.0001%) hahahha
jokes aside..

these are the timing u should be fusing and buy the 10x rare hero:
1) Asia Server: 04:00~06:00, 10:00~16:00 (UTC+0)
2) Global Server: 01:00~07:00, 19:00~21:00 (UTC+0)

u have to check which server u are in and also the server time which u can check by clicking the 'chat' icon on the far top right of the screen...

PVP always favor the P2P, look at it this way, they are paying to keep the game running and for us to play for free, so i can accept they have the advantage. I am F2P (erm ok maybe semi coz i will buy May's Chest when it is available as i think is affordable and a little support the game i like) and still able to clear most of the other PVE content. I am sitting at 4K arena (cannot get past those wukong as i dont have one) and i dont prioritize it because is hard to keep up those ever changing meta. But for F2P, 4.3K arena is definable achievable but u need some RNG gods on ur side to draw those Wukong for current meta and maybe Lubu for coming meta

talk abt Lubu....i can't even manage to get 15 clover

Clover is really easy wor, u slacking lar if u manage to use up all ur key everyday for 1 weeks of the event period, i am pretty sure u will get more than 15. I think i clear it with 40++ to spare after trade in 15. But relax is just a not so nice costume and i actually hate that event, make everyone cannot farm gem

GuanYu + Diaochan combo, workable ? 1 turn immune 80s cooldown, means 2 turn immune with the combo, will we able to spam enuff skill for the skill to refresh to have close to or permanent dmg immune ?
