So black rose good for invest?

As I currently have a lot of Fire element and not sure who to up now..

Coming next week 7knight selector any suggestion?
Plan Dellons or Rudy..

Jave Lvl 40+5
Dellons Lvl 32+5
Eileen Lvl 30+3 (Transcending soon to Lvl 32)
