Voltage fluctuations are caused due to malfunctioning PSU right? Okay, considering everything is working fine.. not spoilt anywhere... is it still possible to fail those torture tests on Prime95?

not always all blame on the PSU. Some boards flucntuates badly, like for example my Abit IS7-E board. Stock in BIOS is 1.55V, Windows is 1.52V, full load can even drop till 1.42V

Mostly failed is due to hardware incompatible or RAM

Small FFTs for CPU, LArge FFTs for power consumption and heat, Blend for RAM

for memory I prefer using memtest86 and memtest for Windows
