Naming people who has worked / works or has been given remuneration for their work is not SLANDER!
There is nothing defamatory in saying that "He / She wrote or writes for so and so" or "previously was / is in the course of employment."
Look up for current Member of Parliaments for the oppositions and look at their previous employment history.
If it is there, does that not make them, previously a paid writer too?
If they pay / hire you to write. Still can't see how that is slander.
Don't simply spew something that you learnt half-way through. RBA is not a derogatory term.
You know what I actually mean.
As in accusing a blogger, writer, or journalist of being paid by DAP simply to write negatively of the govt, and being paid a salary to 'slander' the govt. Not simply generically tossing out 'RBA' as a term, saying it exists and all that bullshit.
You go ahead and try that. Find a prominent writer, blogger, or journalist who criticises the govt. To his or her face, directly accuse them of being continually paid a retainer by DAP (what's the supposed monthly salary already? RM3k?) just to write negatively about the govt in a professional capacity.
They may or may not sue you, but if they do...it'll be hilarious as you will be forced to supply proof in court. Of which I'll bet you have none.
