try working out before dinner or after dinner (light work out)

reading books just before sleep

no wine before sleep. it makes your heart rate faster

most importantly, relax when you are sleeping. you cant sleep when there's so much thing going on in your head. clear your mind first / stop thinking then sleep.

try this method when you are at the bed trying to doze off. breath in for 4 seconds, hold 6 seconds, slowly breath out for 6 seconds. repeat until you either doze off or you can feel that you're relaxed

Take piriton + actifed. If can't, take benadryl or any other sedating cough mixture. Just don't overdose yourself.

Even in hosp, we gave midazolam (dormicum is brand name) very careful
Titrated dose with continous spo2 (oxygen concentration in your body) monitoring
With staff standby just in case
Fyi side effect is respiratory depression..ie u can die in your "sleep"
Now are u sure u wanna take it without prescription/monitoring
Think again

There's a reason why Dormicum is a prescription only drug. If you really want to try it won't do you go see a doctor?

Depending on drugs to overcome your sleeping problem isn't the solution. You are going to be totally dependent on it till you reach a stage where your body will be more and more tolerant with it and by that point the drug in question would be ineffective, afterwards you are just going to seek stronger and stronger drugs because of your body previous tolerant level.

What do you think primary contributed to the death of people like Michael Jackson?
