U can try Sony SoundForge, Adobe Audition etc.

Sumtimes when u changes d bits, d speed the song played varies 2.sumtimes fast, sumtimes slow. but seldomly occured one la.

well, if u change the quality from 128 to 320, the sound still is the same quality (128). if u do this, u just bigger the file, while quality remains the same.

exactly. Again, you can downgrade the quality but you definite cannot upgrade the quality cool2.gif

But that's not the same quality as the original and you would probably have 'extra' stuff in the mp3

all a filter does is throw out the crappy stuff to make it sounds less crappy. sure you can enhance it a little, but you will enhance the crappy part as well cool.gif

bit remastering can be done on soundforge and many other audio editing software. It would add to the original quality of the music jus more bit resolution thats all.

Yes you can remaster the bits to the last drop !
What you need is:

1. a good branded home theatter
2. a fast pc
3. a good audio card
4. a good branded dvd player

then play the audio using the dvd player & pass it through the hometheater, from home theater output to pc audio card & press record.

Done !
