It happens to all the phones... you will always hear broken glass/camera glass or whatever it is...

there are many clumsy ppl around biggrin.gif that's for sure...

I had never broken my screen before from my first phone since 2001

SP is a must... scratches are common...

I think most of the Samsung center will do so... They will tell you it's part of the process to validate the phone but they will activate the warranty... that's what I understand from buying J7 from Gardens store...

I requested the box to be sealed (because it's for company) and the sales man just ask the manager "can or not"...
