I think S7E really feels more fluid than S6E. It's just that feels heavier especially when used with a case. Camera is the biggest single improvement that visible instantly.

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Mar 17 2016, 11:10 PM) just wondering did you call before send to claim warranty Shattered screen cant be claimed under warranty what... thats why I said maybe the payment part complicate my request.as for this kind of service, I don't trust one as I know mostly Malaysian only "words more than action" but I am more interested on its remote managemently remotely, said that if your phone got issue, the staff can wireless control your phone is what issue, so far only computer are using this kind of service Maybe those who encounter software issues or simple warranty claim like faulty headphone jack or whatever which can be claim via warranty can share their experience. |

QUOTE(xisan @ Mar 17 2016, 11:10 PM) This even better I think there is a good reason to setup a Samsung account. I always had my Samsung account since Note1. Personally I dont use it to sync, just use the locate mobile and also to unlock phones.Reset Password with Samsung Find My Mobile Another method would be to use Samsung’s Find My Mobile (Find My Android), similar to Find My iPhone. You can use the “Remote Controls” feature on your Samsung Galaxy S7 which will allow you to temporarily reset the password and bypass the lock screen on the Galaxy S7. If you have not already registered the Galaxy S7 with Samsung, try registering it as soon as possible • Register the Galaxy S7 with Samsung • Use the Find My Mobile service to temporary reset the password • Bypass the lock screen using the new temporary password • Set a new password Password Reset with Android Device Manager The first way to reset the password on both the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge is for those that have already registered their Galaxy S7 with Android Device Manage. When using Android Device Manger to reset the password, all you need to do is activate the “Lock” feature. The “Lock” feature on Android Device Manger will allow you to get the Galaxy S7 password to reset when you have forgotten the password on the Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge. • Go to the Android Device Manager from a computer • Find your Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge on the screen • Enable “Lock & Erase” feature • Then follow the given steps on the page to lock your phone • Set a temporary password • Enter the temporary password • Create a new password I totally forgot about it when my S6e suddenly act strange and refused to accept my fingerprints. To make matter worse, I also forgot my google password. It was not until I came across a forum which mentioned it and it totally save my day. I think every new Samsung user should setup one. QUOTE(iArvage @ Mar 17 2016, 11:47 PM) Apple does not need you to. Honestly price is not the best benchmark for phone. iPhone has its advantages that you did not foresee and Android has its advantages that you liked. Just buy what you like. iPhone spec may have seem mediocre at best but what they are selling is totally based on experience. It does offer something special to those who appreciate the way it does things. |

QUOTE(Ah hao @ Mar 17 2016, 11:55 PM) My phone always cannot detect my finger print. Not match Not match Not match. Very irritating. I think you didnt scan your fingerprints correctly. Anyone face this problem ? Just goto the fingerprints and delete all your fingerprints. Then rescan again. This time, try different part of your thumb while scanning. Dont just put your finger at the same position each time. Turn to the sides, the top, also change the directions of your finger while scanning. It will help you increase the success rate. |

QUOTE(Ah hao @ Mar 18 2016, 12:15 AM) Then maybe scan your finger from top to bottom for each try...This was supposed to be an improved scanner from S6e. If my S6e works so well, it should be better with S7e. I seen my cousin unit was quite a lot faster than my S6e. |

QUOTE(RitzyHoke @ Mar 18 2016, 12:10 AM) Anyone remove lock screen entirely? I don't like that I have to click on home or on/off button, then only unlock. See notification, click notification, need to unlock ... doesn't feel right. You can set your notification to show the content, instead of hiding the content. |

QUOTE(TOMEI-R @ Mar 18 2016, 12:47 AM) Personal preference I guess. Im using both and both has its pros and cons. Just dont understand why Apple had to make the 6s+ thicker than the 6+. I thought you wanna say about Samsung increasing the thickness of S7(e) versus S6(e). LOL... home come Apple tio blast instead? |

QUOTE(edthrax @ Mar 18 2016, 11:23 AM) after a day of using it, good phone. one of the best out there but audio quality output thru 3.5mm jack is noisy. got static crackling noise. DAC performance is ok la, it improve alot after running thru Adapt Sound option. I tried the 3.5mm on my cousin S7e to compare with my S6e, but I dont think it got static crackling noise. I find both sounds quite similar, even though the speaker for both devices sounds a lot different (due to water resistant measure on S7e). S7e sounds a bit muffled and S6e sounds a bit noisy with slight sparkles.battery is pretty good. using the phone naked like i always do. silver titanium looks like gold indoors. |
