Hi, i want to buy a kapcai. Evry day ulang alik kerja-rumah almost 90km. Is it good for me to buy Suzuki Smash FI?

people said suzuki smash enjin very tahan and kuat. really ah?

betul. i have use smash revo since 2009 until now. save fuel, got power and tahan engine. but the cons is dont have many accessories

almost 90km. So far

I used to ride a Smash Pro some years back. Take care of regular maintenance and the bike will not let u down.

Smash revo and smash fi same or not?

not the same. revo is old model smash fi is the newer. smash fi use electronic fuel injection and revo use carb. so save more fuel than revo

Suzuki is one of the last breed of Japunis kapcai the engine parts not made in Thailand/Indon.. So if you asking me, yeah is beh tahan..

if the enjin is kuat..is it okay if i take the 2nd hand one since the price is very much lower than new

90 km riding a kapzai you asking for trouble bro. The more time you spend on the road, the higher your exposure to accident risks. Better stick to a car, pay a bit more for safety. Your life is priceless yo.

i ask many frens but dono why they keep suggesting me yamaha and honda..i oso pelik why not many people buy suzuki

before smash fi is smash V 115. the bike is good and more sporty compare to fi. i hari-hari lenjan kaw2 this bike, so far ok if you maintenance well like change oil filter and engine oil once a month...

45km go, 45km balik..i lalu skve, highway not many car..then lalu jalan dalam equine oso not many car..

gaji kecik maa, naik car hujung bulan tak simpan duit banyak..macam mana mau mabuk2.haha

Not many accessories but u can look around KL or online. Many parts from Indonesia. I changed the CDI unit to a BRT brand, from Indonesia. Just to remove the top speed cut-off.

spare parts susah mahu cari. suzuki less popular but good engine. using Best RR since 1988

Ex5 ler. Reliable workhorse. Parts oso supercheap. Petrol super saving. Get the FI wan.

betul. yamaha good also but "panas" and honda got many spare part but got old tech model and newer model is ugly design. meanwhile suzuki bike "sejuk" (except belang) i even have any additional lock because no body want. hahahaha

Up a bit. Get a FZ150i instead. 1 tank can run up to 400KM.

use to travel 43 km everyday dgn suzuki smash revo..... hari hari full throttle, so far x de issues lagi.

travel time taken around 40min/50km....

make sure insurans pay high a bit...

simple.

1. all kedai kalo boleh tamau amek trade in suzuki..donno why lol..so that's why it echoed low resale value. in malaysia saja..in indo and thai, suzuki are quite popular..donno la what happen to malaysia market..

2. hard to get/pricy spare parts rumours. u go normal workshop memanglah..all piled up honda/yamaha spare parts. why are they cheaper? coz most of them are not original spare parts. u can easily get suzuki spare parts at their service centres. of course it's a little bit pricier, because you're paying for original items, which is better quality and longer lasting..if u buy ori honda/yamaha spareparts pun mahal juga.

but the good thing about suzuki kapcai are:

1. long lasting bro
2. comfortable
3. not popular
4. parking dengan senang hatinya
5. hard to rosak (probably this is why kedai motor tak suka lol)
6. pakai sampai jahanam, which is quite a long long time
7. design

the con are:

1. if u intend to trade in kat kedai, you're going to have a headache
2. not popular
3. pakai sampai jahanam, which is quite a long long time

5. hard to get accessories..even want to change sprocket size oso need to kawen2 sprocket motor lain..

I always encounter many pomen used suzuki. when i asked why u use all suzuki bikes? he asked me back.."u ada tengok suzuki selalu rosak ka kat workshop?"..

btw i oso use suzuki..after almost 5 years, still feel performs like new..gooding yo

Long distance? in what sense and what price range..

If open ended question.. offcourse Suzuki V-Storm 650 or 1000 FTW...

That bike really bullet proof.. legendary V-twin Suzuki engine from TL1000..

the fastest is belang..but small tank..and u kinda look a like a monkey riding it..not too comfortable..

probably u could do with a shogun/axelo..125cc and pretty comfortable and reasonable top speed..about 110kmh..meter berat, sama macam meter kereta..

but kalo betul2 jauh, beli fz sajalah..tank besar, minyak jimat..tak yah nak isi minyak tiap2 hari..

that one is okay.. at least you don't have to fuel in many times before reach office..
kapcai tank would be around 3-5 liter max.. for fz, iinm around 10-12liter..
posture would be really better for long distance

fz new tak panas.. people still go for LC.. but for LC135 la..

The equivalent of FZ is not a new bike but the Suzuki FXR 150, its using similar engine with Belang with a FZ like chassis.

the best part is suzuki bike always got pro version (hand clutch) example: smash revo and shogun axelo. u can choose auto or hand clutch

yamaha fzi is lemau bike. big body make it heavier. kalau honda cbr 150 jual lagi mesti fz ramai tak beli. always see cbr 150 smoke fz even some kapcai also can. cc look same but take a look at bore and stroke. u will notice differents. also yamaha bike meter "ringan" like at meter 150kmj actual speed is 130kmj

i own axelo but sometimes im itching to try the fi on smash..axelo is pretty comfortable but im just curious if i could save more fuel with smash fi.
unless i tested both bike, couldnt say which one is better to my liking..

i just bought an Fz150i for 1 week lol.
My daily ride is about 70km daily.

Very quiet bike, used to ride a motard so the fz feels like featherweight to me.
Gear shift super easy, ride very stable.

Perfect ride horse for me.

My only complain is the riding position. Due to my height kene bengkok abit as im used to motard riding position.

Better get a used Kancil merah la bero..

i owned suzuki axelo 125. what i can say is the handling is more stable when cruising at highway plus with engine balancer included compared to 125cc kapcai rival.
