I do blif there r beta option around kaptong area. With almost similar price u might b able to get R5 @ dpc which probably giv u beta value beta loc beta packages.

In kaptong Lemanja ll beat tis legend by few streets if not 9 streets

Soli it's gutsi feeling as a kaptong lang.

Legend onli has 1 advantage in location. Faster access to Jln kaptong and segambut vs lemanja to reach kl in slightly shorter time.

Apart fr tis the loc is not meant for condo if u r a kaptong lang u should know. Those shops under saiwai grp still kosong kosong after so many yr built. Pasar probably gone later on. So legend is like taking away sthg fr the residents nearby.

Lemanja has a strategic loc without interrupting any1 in future. Onli benefiting. I dunno. Maybe legend ll win but I personally ll bet Lemanja rather than legend.

Time will tell boss and as usual I'm alwiz at the wrong side. No worries.
