rm10 shopback not yet entered "pending" after 3days..if tomorrow still not yet enter..time to choose missing cashback..

I placed order thru shopback mobile lazada app on 17th and received the parcel on 18th. But still can't see the rm10 cashback now. Any idea?

Hey quick question, guys. I just bought an air conditioning from Lazada and only received half of my order, just got the indoor unit instead of the full set and I need to send it back for a replacement.

How long does it take for Lazada to issue for a replacement usually? Already contacted them yesterday but since then no word, nada.

purchased 15/3/2016, until today haven't received, contact lazada twice, no reply at all.
contact the seller personally, said successfully top up, provide me the transaction no. but still haven't received any top up. Seller blame Celcom and ask me to go to Celcom centre to complaint and claim back my RM30 celcom top up!!
