Guys, it has been a few days and one of the items that I odered haven't arrived yet. This is kinda expected but the tracking number that lazada gave me is not working.

Does this mean the item was not shipped? Refer to two pictures attached below. Should I contact lazada or just wait it out? I need it before 17 May and it is worrying me.....
