Guys, any idea what is the best discount for a RM1799 electronic item in lazada?

Is CIMB 10% good?

Guys, if I wan to use MasterCard discount on Monday. Will I get the discount before I confirm the payment?

When Lazada advertise theres Monday Mastercard 10% discount, you just need to key-in your mastercard before confirm purchase. You will see the discount at the total.

yea.and also nowadays they say 70% "discount promo celebration" but they are just virtual marked up discount promos.
eg. item real price is RM500, then they sell it for RM500 but says item is already discounted with 70%.

because flash sales isn't really sales.
All discounts (real discounts) are actually from vouchers but their voucher isnt very good these few months.

i thought this doesnt apply to all products

yup, less discounts for people means more assets and earnings on the record , thus higher company value to be sold and more money to be pockets into board of director's pocket.

i got the same issue from LEX too. The status changed to SHIPPED two days ago but still i have not received my item.
Its from a local seller so it should be able to arrive in a day or 2..


A dumb thing is there is no tracking number or what so ever. At least when shipped with GDEX, we will get the tracking number

I barely remember but i think i got this issue before. So far i still get my items. lazada is still better than gemfive.

i think its nothing wrong with the product. its their delivery man whom should be reported.

Since i got fedup with the delivery time from LEX, i called Lazada hotline everyday.
Surprisingly today, it seems like lazada got their system upgraded to computerize tracking. As response, it sent me a SMS.
It was better than the usual customer service (who usually reads from the screen) since i have now been given the website for me to track my package myself.

Crap. I checked my status again. The guy said its suppose to receive on 14th April or 15th April. He will send a reminder to the delivery/seller again, otherwise if still doesn't work he will initiate refund..

I called them again. They said LEX didn't have enough manpower.
Delaying my item to be delivered on next week.
They also said that I cannot do pick up myself.


I swear I won't use LEX anymore. Anyone have any idea how to know the item will be delivered by LEX.?

Any idea how to know us will get LEX, ninjaVan or GDex?
