my elba fan still no receive.say deliver today by ninja van.

Received my elba fan around 8. 30pm. Terus open want assemble. Open liao found small part broken part under the neck. Ok la i thought maybe can still function normally.
then try on, change mode etc. In natural mode sometimes it stops then jalan again then suddenly laju.
Why la my luck like this

need to send it back anyway. the broken part makes the head cannot stay still. increase speed a bit, the wind will push the head until go up.
