Can share how you buy? I looking same thing.. Gem 5 I manage get 199,but 6month warranty and I have no confidence with the website.. Lazada 239, I tried number of coupon such as 12percent hlb 4HLBMARCH , save 50, save 15 etc.. I get this error

Not sure about postage, but I heard they will refund you back after they had decided that it's their fault or the courier's fault..

I just returned a Note 4, as it was defective.

However, in my case, I went directly to LAZADA warehouse, and returned personally.

Only after 3 days, they refunded fully to my account..

Very efficient...
