Alibaba acquired Lazada. Hrmm good news or bad news ? Never have experience with alibaba before.

Lazada is really starting to suck. Normally I receive my orders before the estimated date but this time, they said my item had been shipped out on Thursday 7/4 but 3 working days later still not yet arrive so I called them up to check and this is the email that I received this morning.

"Thank you for shopping at Lazada.com.my. We regret to inform you that there might be a slight delay in the delivery of below item(s) of your order ###### by up to 5 days. We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause.

The item(s) has already been shipped out with LEX. To track your order status, please go to Order Tracking tool. You may also contact the delivery company LEX for delivery-related questions."

How the fuck do I contact LEX? (They didn't leave any contact info) The delivery location is Cheras. Did all the roads leading to Cheras close? Wtf.

Can't pick up the item by myself either. 

It's not like I ordered a fucking fridge or washing machine, I ordered a tablet. (I recently ordered a washing machine and the delivery was quite fast with GDex)

Just a homeplug

I called them again. They said LEX didn't have enough manpower.
Delaying my item to be delivered on next week.
They also said that I cannot do pick up myself.
I swear I won't use LEX anymore. Anyone have any idea how to know the item will be delivered by LEX.?
