i just plan to use the phone for few months before resell it again ^^

i did order some product from gemfive before this .

i order a furniture .. tv cabinet from gemfive .. and it took about 15 days for it to process until it delivery to my home hahahaha .

did anyone facing this kind of problem before ??

today i received a email from lazada and it mention that my product had been successfully delivering ..

problem right now is , i DID NOT RECEIVE anything FROM lazada TODAY @>@

i am wondering is it the rider make a wrong delivery ?

i had call the lazada customer service and drop an email but no respond back @.@!!!!

if ever this kind of unlucky case happen to me ....

who going to responsible now ? will i get REFUND from lazada ?

or i am just paying LAZADA but get nothing ??

Sadly there is no proof .

I had make a call and email them , still waiting for the respond .

Is kinda sad because this kind of things should not happen and I had double confirm that I given a correct address @.@

Luckily the product is below rm30 .

I will try to make a second call by tmr if there is no respond from lazada
