Omg, I can't believe that my first purchase from G5 would be so devastating..

I hope my delivery would arrive by monday,

Reading through all the comments make me regret my purchase..

Geeeeeee, I know I was the only one who experience the slow shipment of LEX..

Normally LEX, very quick delivery..

My statement written product had been shipped with LEX, but after the delivery date had passed, I had not received anything yet..

Called LAZADA, and they told me my item had not been shipped yet!

The highest profit I made from iphone 6 plus was when LAZADA was at its best, around one year ago..

Around RM700 for one iphone 6 plus..

Those were the times..

Depends on what brand of smartphone are you purchasing..

If they enlisted a promotional discount code, you are not entitled to use voucher..
However, if they don't, you may use voucher..

Not sure about postage, but I heard they will refund you back after they had decided that it's their fault or the courier's fault..

I just returned a Note 4, as it was defective.

However, in my case, I went directly to LAZADA warehouse, and returned personally.

Only after 3 days, they refunded fully to my account..

Very efficient...

Well for me, the last day which was the final day of return, lazada called me up to remind me..

How courteous of them,...

Well, I reached the warehouse at 5.00pm...

And there was a girl in the frontdesk, and I returned it to her..

She asked me to take a photo of the receipt and before 7 working days your money will be refunded..

That's my story, short and sweet...

Why now CIMB bank can't be use to pay?

Even mastercard LAZADA do not accept from CIMB..

I have been using cimb online banking since last week..

But for today, there is no more ipay88 payment.

Cimb bank had been vanquished...

The online transaction activation is only for google play store..

By the way, google play store can't use any cimb debit card..

Use KWIK card, I tried it, used to purchase gems in clash of clans..

Yes, finally after a 75 grueling days, shopback for the RM18 days finally turned to 1 day..

From what I can deduced from the false statements are that these false statements only appear when purchasing via app..

All my RM18 transactions stated false..

My guess is for shopback to be able to differentiate between purchases made on desktop and on app..
