I have had many bad experience with skynet some years ago. At some point in time I had even expressly requested sellers (that use skynet) to use other couriers otherwise I won't buy lol. But anyway, since a year ago or so I think skynet had improved. No issues recently, all items delivered timely and in good condition.
Stolen or damaged item, you will deal with lazada (and Lazada will deal with the courier themselves). This apply to any online transaction/marketplace.
