Just receive a notice from Setia that they will be doing a major desilting at Oriental Lake which will take 2 months to complete.

Let's hope after this exercise, the water will be less muddy. I am seeing 2 king fishers and stork have taken residence at the lake daily.

They added road bumps recently too.. was rather worried as some people were speeding and there's one or two families who would always let their kids cycle to the park by themselves in the evenings. Kudos!

You are wrong. It is confirmed by TM project manager that UNIFI will be start available for SEH P1 by end of this month or early of next month and all the unifi application has been submitted directly to TM itself. It is funny that they dunno update the latest system in their status but the infrastructure work at SEH P1 has been completed. Please check with RA if you want to know the latest progress.

Bro, today is the last day of the month, so I am not sure who amongst us have gotten the UNIFI installed lor.

The recent Budget 2017 also touch about doubling the speed of internet with same price RM149, so will this affect the users to adopt "wait and see" before committing to the current UNIFI pricing which is more pricier?

Received a call from TM contractor, asking if I want to proceed with the application processing. I was told that the current package is RM179 for 30Mb package, till Dec 2016.

I applied directly to TM earlier when they had set up a booth in the township to collect interest.

Personally not so keen on walk concept .
Been to Setia walk a lot times and main concern is that is it hot .

A proper mall is more suitable to hang out for hours . Walk concept with Malaysian weather is torturing for the comfort .

I'll take it when it opens but once eco works side open a proper mall likely ppl will go the other side
